We have taken all the necessary organisational and technical measures to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the World Anti-Doping Code (WADC), and the international anti-doping provisions.

Sportradar processes personal data on behalf of the Anti-Doping Organisation in full compliance with the provisions of article 4 of the International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information (ISPPPI) and following the data protection requirements imposed by article 9.3 of the ISPPPI.
